Immigration officer

Dreamcom FZ LLC, a leading company in the immigration industry in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dedicated Immigration Officer to join our team. As an Immigration Officer with us, you will play a vital role in facilitating immigration processes and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and review immigration applications accurately and efficiently.

- Communicate with clients to collect necessary documentation and information.

- Liaise with government agencies to ensure all procedures are followed correctly.

- Conduct interviews with applicants to gather relevant details.

- Stay updated on immigration laws and policies to provide accurate information.

- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies in applications.

- Maintain detailed records and databases of all immigration cases.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Proven experience in immigration services is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and immigration software.

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Immigration Law.

- Previous experience working with government immigration departments.
