Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Stone Technical Manager with strong expertise in stone materials fabrication drafting cut sheets and installation for large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate must have overseas experience preferably from a large stone company in Dubai or the Middle East and possess a solid technical understanding of the entire stone project process from design coordination to installation.
This is an urgent hiring candidates must be ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all technical aspects of stone projects including material selection fabrication drafting and installation.
- Lead coordination between design production and installation teams.
- Review and approve detailed shop drawings and stone cut sheets.
- Ensure compliance with design intent quality standards and project specifications.
- Supervise the preparation of fabrication and installation drawings for large projects.
- Manage communication with clients consultants and contractors.
- Provide technical guidance and support to drafting and production teams.
- Ensure smooth workflow from material sourcing to site installation.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the stone and marble industry with at least 5 years of overseas experience (preferably in Dubai or other GCC countries).
- Proven experience in large-scale hotel commercial or high-end residential projects.
- Strong technical skills in stone materials fabrication drafting and installation.
- Deep knowledge of AutoCAD shop drawing preparation and stone cut sheets.
- Excellent coordination leadership and communication skills.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
