About the Role

Were looking for two motivated Trainees/Interns to join our dynamic team and support the canvassing and qualification of potential clients and sponsors for LINKVIVAs ongoing and upcoming projects.

Youll work closely with both our marketing and live-events teams focusing on outreach lead qualification and sponsorship support playing a key role in connecting great brands with great experiences.

What Youll Do

• Review and qualify leads from the uploaded database in Odoo (CRM)
• Reach out to potential clients and sponsors via phone email and where applicable face-to-face
• Accurately record all conversations and outcomes in Odoo
• Support the live-events team by identifying chasing and securing sponsorship opportunities
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and suggest improvements
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and sponsorship proposals when required

About You

Currently enrolled or a recent graduate in Business Management / Administration Marketing Communications Media or a related field

A proactive enthusiastic team player with a positive can-do attitude

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Comfortable with outbound calls emails and CRM data management

Detail-oriented organized and capable of maintaining accurate records

Interested in events marketing or sponsorship sales and eager to learn

What You Need to Apply

Based in the UAE with full working rights

Availability for a full-time or part-time internship

Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) Odoo or similar CRM systems
