* Experience in manpower supply operations especially in construction or warehouse projects preferred.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage workforce scheduling.
* Basic computer skills (MS Excel MS Word).
* Should be able to work under pressure with tight timelines
