Why This Role Matters

We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented B2B Sales Development Representative to grow Calos corporate and business partnerships. This role focuses on acquiring managing and expanding B2B accounts by offering Calos meal plans and wellness solutions to companies organizations and institutions.

What Youll Do

  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients

  • Present Calos products and solutions to decision-makers

  • Develop tailored proposals and close deals

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

What Were Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development

  • Arabic speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must have a valid drivers license

  • Consultative selling and relationship building

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Time management and pipeline prioritization

  • Data-driven mindset with CRM proficiency

  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
