Job Summary

Moonbox is looking for a proactive Creative Project Coordinator to support smooth project delivery and client communication. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal creative teams and clients to ensure timelines requirements and deliverables are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end project coordination for creative and digital projects
Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams
Track project timelines tasks and deliverables
Coordinate feedback revisions and approvals
Ensure clear and professional client communication at all stages
Assist in reporting project status and risks

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in project coordination (creative/digital agency preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Organized detail-oriented and proactive
Comfortable working remotely and with distributed teams
Availability in Dubai time zone is a plus

Location Flexibility:

Open to remote candidates or candidates Available in Dubai
