The Revenue Analysis Manager is responsible for driving topline revenue performance through data-driven analysis forecasting pricing strategies and demand optimization. This role oversees revenue analytics across all segments and channels while also managing the Reservations function to ensure conversion efficiency inventory accuracy and alignment with overall revenue strategies.
- Communicates the processes to follow in terms of booking quality and correct data input into the PMS towards the reservation and front office team
- Help and support the Director of Revenue in driving the market share and revenue performance through proper pricing and mix management.
- Be part of developing the overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels
- Ensure effective pricing strategies are in place to reflect asset strength relative to the competition in each market
- Ensure adherence to the Sofitel Pricing Policies of Rational Pricing and compliance with the Best Rate Guarantee (BRG)
- Effectively manage and be in control of all inventory (transient group wholesale allotments and other) and pricing strategy in all distribution channels including branded web 3rd party sites TARS and the GDS.
- Oversee daily operations of the Reservations department.
- Lead train and develop the Reservations team to maximize conversion and service quality.
- Set and monitor reservations KPIs such as conversion rate call handling time and abandonment rate.
- Ensure reservations processes align with revenue management strategies and policies.
- Monitor booking patterns and booking windows to adjust selling strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Finance Business or related field
- 5 years of experience in Revenue Management or Revenue Analysis
- Previous experience managing or overseeing Reservations is highly preferred
- Excellent understanding of hotel distribution and pricing strategies
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
