About the Role
The Performance Associate Director leads cross-channel performance strategies and oversees the execution optimization and measurement of campaigns that drive business results. The role provides strategic direction manages day-to-day performance operations and supports team development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead performance strategy across paid social search programmatic and other channels.
Oversee campaign planning execution optimization and reporting.
Analyze performance data to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
Manage budgets pacing forecasting and performance KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting messaging and measurement.
Guide and mentor performance specialists to ensure consistent delivery and operational excellence.
Requirements
710 years of experience in performance marketing.
Strong understanding of major performance platforms and optimization principles.
Proven experience delivering performance outcomes and managing multi-channel campaigns.
Strong analytical communication and leadership skills.
