Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team and deliver excellent service to clients and customers. Your duties will include handling customer inquiries resolving concerns promptly and ensuring a positive customer experience while representing the company professionally.

To be successful as a Customer Service Executive you must be polite patient and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of customer service policies procedures and standards.

Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:

Greet customers and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner

Handle customer calls emails and messages efficiently

Resolve customer complaints and concerns politely and promptly

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs

Follow company customer service policies and standards

Assist with administrative and support tasks as required

Eligibility:
