Job Summary
Talabat is looking for a Coordinator Communications to support day-to-day internal and external communication activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring clear consistent and timely messaging across teams while supporting coordination documentation and stakeholder alignment in a fast-moving environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized a strong communicator and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across functions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of internal and external communication initiatives across teams
Coordinate communication materials announcements and updates to ensure clarity and consistency
Act as a point of contact between stakeholders ensuring smooth information flow
Assist in drafting editing and formatting emails presentations and reports
Track communication timelines follow up on action items and maintain documentation
Support meetings including agenda preparation note-taking and follow-ups
Maintain organized records trackers and communication logs
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Communications Business Administration or a related field
13 years of experience in a coordination communications or administrative role
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); Google Workspace is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a proactive solution-oriented mindset
