Key Account Manager
Job Summary
Description:
- Ensure that the company fulfils its service and performance standards as per agreed service level agreements
- Manage key accounts expectations and work with internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent quality customer experience.
- Partner with the customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions to the key accounts to ensure service excellence
- Participate in Customer Relationship Management activities and initiatives to improve business relationships customer retention and new businesses from existing
- customers with the objective of driving revenue from the respective key accounts Participate in Key Accounts RFQs.
- To resolve disputes and service issues effectively and amicably.
- Collaborate across departments and work in partnership with Commercial and Operations teams to deliver logistics solutions and achieve service and operational excellence.
