We are a well-established international Forex brokerage seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources operations for a large office and diverse workforce based in Dubai.
The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations employee relations recruitment oversight compliance with UAE labor law and performance management. This role acts as a key business partner to senior management and reports directly to the Head of HR.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency regulatory alignment and strong employee engagement within a fast-paced regulated environment.
Requirements
Experience & Background
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
Proven experience managing large offices and headcount
Background in Forex financial services FinTech or regulated industries preferred
Strong hands-on experience in employee relations and HR operations
Compliance & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
Experience supporting audits and regulatory requirements
Ability to ensure compliance across HR processes
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
High level of discretion professionalism and integrity
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-growth environment
Technical & Other
Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools
Strong MS Office skills
HR certifications are an advantage
European nationality preferred (due to market and business requirements)
