Location: Sharjah UAE (Tele Calling / Field-based / In-Mall / Corporate)
Reporting to: Sales Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking a high-energy Credit Card Sales Executive to expand our footprint in the Sharjah market. This role is perfect for a self-starter who understands the local demographic and can navigate the citys bustling commercial hubs. You will be responsible for sourcing leads pitching premium financial products and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Identify potential customers through kiosks in major Sharjah malls corporate office visits and networking events.
Product Expertise: Clearly communicate the benefits of Islamic and Conventional credit cards focusing on features like No Annual Fee Cashback on Utilities and Airport Lounge Access.
KYC & Compliance: Ensure all applications adhere to Central Bank of the UAE regulations and internal bank policies.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up diligently to ensure high conversion rates.
Territory Management: Optimize your daily schedule to cover key Sharjah areas (e.g. Al Majaz Muwaileh and Sharjah Media City).
Specific Requirements for Sharjah
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic Hindi or Urdu is a significant advantage given the diverse population.
Experience: 1 2 years of sales experience in the UAE (preferably in banking or insurance).
