Finance & Business Acumen Trainer (On-site | Freelancer)

Job Summary

Restore Talent Solutions is expanding its network of experienced freelance Finance & Business Acumen Trainers to deliver high-impact corporate programmes across the UAE and GCC.

We are seeking facilitators who can build financial confidence among non-financial professionals helping managers and decision-makers understand financial statements budgeting commercial trade-offs risk planning and business performance drivers.

Trainers will be engaged on a project basis to deliver programmes from the RTS Finance & Business Acumen portfolio designed to strengthen modern financial decision-making across the business.

Key Training Areas Covered

Freelance trainers may be assigned to facilitate one or more of the following programmes:

• Financial Awareness for Non-Financial Professionals (FB01)
  

• Fundamentals of Budgeting & Agile Forecasting (FB02)
  

• Bid (Tender) Management & Winning Proposals (FB03)
  

• Finance for Digital Transformation & ROI Evaluation (FB04)
  

• Commercial Acumen for Managers (FB05)
  

• Financial Risk & Scenario Planning (FB06)
  

• Sustainability & ESG Reporting for Non-Financials (FB07)
  

• Data-Driven Budgeting & Forecasting (FB08)
  

• Entrepreneurial Finance for Intrapreneurs (FB09)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging finance and business acumen workshops for corporate and institutional clients
  

• Train managers and professionals in budgeting financial interpretation and commercial decision-making
  

• Facilitate practical exercises using real-world case studies dashboards and scenario planning
  

• Support participants in linking financial outcomes to strategy performance and risk
  

• Adapt delivery to non-finance audiences in multicultural GCC environments
  

• Represent Restore Talent Solutions professionally during client engagements
  

• Provide actionable feedback and learning recommendations post-delivery
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering corporate finance budgeting or commercial acumen training
  

• Strong facilitation presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
  

• Ability to simplify financial concepts for non-financial managers
  

• Familiarity with modern finance topics such as ESG digital transformation ROI and forecasting
  

• Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  

Preferred Experience

• Background in finance leadership FP&A consulting or corporate training
  

• Professional qualifications (ACCA CPA CFA CIMA MBA Finance or equivalent)
  

• Experience delivering programmes for government semi-government or enterprise clients
  

• Ability to facilitate multiple programmes across the RTS Finance portfolio
