Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Onboarding agencies and clients and developing working relationships.
- Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
- Manage clients inquiries via phone or email or in person.
- Direct client complaints or complex queries to support team or relevant department in a timely manner.
- Expediting serious issues to management toward prompt resolution.
- Generating sales reports and following up with the support team for delivery of measurement reports.
- Support agencies for any issues on the tool and provide recommendations.
- Document and record clients interactions for product development and training purposes.
- Recommending product improvements based on client services feedback.
- Conduct clients presentations and workshops when needed.
- Offer advice to clients on products and services.
- Support in building sales literature and articles about the business.
