Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project budgets cost breakdown structures and cost control systems.
- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.
- Prepare cost forecasts cash flow projections and cost variance analysis.
- Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and submit monthly cost reports progress reports and financial summaries.
- Track committed costs actual costs and projected final costs.
- Support management with accurate financial data for decision-making
- Review contracts subcontracts and BOQs for cost compliance.
- Manage variations change orders and claims in coordination with project teams.
- Assist in final accounts preparation and project close-out.
- Coordinate with project managers planning engineers procurement and site teams.
- Support procurement by reviewing vendor/subcontractor cost proposals.
- Monitor subcontractor payments and interim valuations.
- Participate in project meetings and cost review sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management.
- Minimum 812 years of experience in cost control for building/Infrastructure construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs quantity take-offs and final accounts.
- Excellent understanding of construction cost structures.
- Contractual and commercial awareness.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
