Job Summary

A leading government healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist Manager to lead and manage respiratory therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department
Lead supervise and support respiratory therapy staff
Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
Monitor quality indicators compliance and performance metrics
Coordinate with physicians nursing teams and hospital leadership
Ensure adherence to DOH regulations and accreditation standards

Requirements

Requirements:

Valid DOH Respiratory Therapist license
Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy (Masters preferred)
Proven managerial or supervisory experience
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Currently working in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain
Salary is open and to be discussed with shortlisted candidates
