A leading government healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist Manager to lead and manage respiratory therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department
- Lead supervise and support respiratory therapy staff
- Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
- Monitor quality indicators compliance and performance metrics
- Coordinate with physicians nursing teams and hospital leadership
- Ensure adherence to DOH regulations and accreditation standards
Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid DOH Respiratory Therapist license
- Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy (Masters preferred)
- Proven managerial or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Currently working in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain
- Salary is open and to be discussed with shortlisted candidates
