About the Role
We have our own warehouse facility and are looking for an experienced professional to sell warehouse/storage space to external clients who want to list and store their stock with us. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in warehouse space selling or logistics sales within the UAE.

- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard clients requiring warehouse/storage space
- Sell storage solutions based on client inventory size duration & requirements
- Conduct warehouse site visits and explain facilities safety & storage options
- Prepare quotations negotiate commercial terms & close deals
- Coordinate with warehouse operations for smooth space allocation
-Manage renewals upselling & long-term client relationships
-Track leads occupancy levels & market trends
