Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong knowledge of the UAE market and a proven track record in driving new business opportunities particularly within the public sector and government entities. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in business development account management or sales within the UAE preferably in IT solutions system integration digital transformation or related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify develop and close new business opportunities across public and enterprise sector clients in the UAE.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers influencers and stakeholders in government and enterprise accounts.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from the companys portfolio (IT services staffing digital banking enterprise software AI & cloud solutions etc.).
- Collaborate with pre-sales delivery and technical teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends competitors and regulatory changes in the UAE (especially in public sector procurement).
- Prepare business proposals RFP responses and presentations for clients.
- Provide regular sales forecasts pipeline updates and activity reports to management.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business IT or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development sales or account management in the UAE market.
- Public sector sales experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT services system integration digital transformation and staffing/outsourcing solutions.
- Established network and relationships with UAE government entities and large enterprises.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
- Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the Emirates.
