We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Design Team in Abu Dhabi. This role will support the delivery of multidisciplinary design projects ensuring quality schedule and budget compliance. You will work closely with Project Managers and Design Managers to coordinate design activities manage deliverables and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing design projects including schedules budgets and resource allocation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and ensure timely delivery of drawings models and reports.
- Support quality assurance processes risk management and compliance with relevant standards.
- Prepare progress reports dashboards and meeting documentation for internal and client reviews.
- Liaise with clients authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Project Management.
- 47 years experience in design coordination within a consultancy environment.
- Strong understanding of design processes QA/QC and safety-in-design principles.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and tools (Revit Civil 3D Navisworks) and project scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
