Project Coordinator Emiratization Program
Job Summary
Project coordinators assist project specialist & managers with specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects. organize and communicate all the details of projects and specific assignments to team members and serve as a liaison between those team members and the project specialist and manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects
- Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
- Organizing reports invoices contracts and other financial files for easy access
- Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
- Handles administrative tasks for the projects and team members to keep the project running smoothly
Must be able to always communicate effectively with all team members
Qualifications :
Higher Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related IT field.
A Project Management certification is a plus.
Additional Information :
Communication Skills Fluency in Arabic & English
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
knows how to work under pressure and on tight deadlines with good work ethic
