Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive revenue growth cultivate strategic client relationships and deliver exceptional sales performance.
- Prepares implements and compiles data for the strategic sales plan monthly reporting annual goals sales and marketing budget forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
- Conducts market research/surveys actively in marketing intelligence. Monitors competitors activities at all times including the social media platforms and reports to the Hotel Manager for further actions.
- Identifies new markets and business opportunities in collaboration with team to increase sales.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation skills to maximize hotel profit in all revenue producing areas.
- To maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements contract and quotes for the hotel.
- Actively participates in sales presentations property tours and customer meetings.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity with proven records
- Knowledge of hotel features benefits and competing hotels within the market
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
