Job Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and accounting functions within the company. The role is crucial for maintaining financial integrity ensuring statutory compliance contributing to strategic planning and ensuring the effective implementation of the performance management system and balanced scorecard. This position will also focus on system upgrades audit management budgeting regulatory compliance and the efficient processing of payroll and employee payments. The Account Manager will report directly to the Director Finance and will lead the accounts team across various functional areas ensuring financial practices aligning with IFRS standards and UAE regulations.
Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
* MBA (Finance) or Company Secretary (CS) Preferred
* Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts including substantial managerial responsibility in a seaport or maritime industry.
* Proven experience with Oracle ERP Financial Systems.
* Strong understanding and experience in applying IFRS VAT compliance and UAE regulatory frameworks.
