Job Summary
Must have Skills : Scrum Master Product Ownership
We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in owning and delivering enterprise-grade products. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy manage complex backlogs and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision roadmap and end-to-end backlog management
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather analyze and prioritize requirements
- Convert business requirements into epics user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead backlog grooming sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Act as a single point of contact for business and delivery teams
- Make priority and scope decisions to maximize business value
- Support UAT execution and obtain business sign-off
- Ensure alignment with business objectives compliance and regulatory requirements
- Track and report on delivery progress risks and dependencies
- Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Product Owner
- Strong expertise in Agile / Scrum frameworks
- Hands-on experience in backlog management prioritization and refinement
- Excellent skills in user story writing and defining acceptance criteria
- Strong experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong business analysis and requirement elicitation experience
- Good understanding of SDLC and enterprise-scale delivery
- Experience working with distributed and offshore teams
Good to Have:
- Domain experience in Banking / Financial Services
- Experience working in large transformation programs
- SAFe or CSPO certification
