Job Summary
Position: Project Sales Executive (Wood Viny Carpet)
Overview:
Responsible for driving sales of flooring and tile products through project-based clients including builders architects interior designers and contractors while ensuring strong relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify approach and develop new business opportunities in the project segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects builders and contractors.
- Present product portfolios samples and technical specifications to clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations negotiations and order closures.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Monitor market trends competitors and pricing strategies.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project sales preferably in flooring tiles or building materials.
- Strong network within the construction and interior design industry.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
