Job Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy aligned with business objectives. By conducting market research, leading UX/UI design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role ensures the delivery of innovative products. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy, MRDs, PRDs, and feature roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and TAM assessments
- Act as the user advocate to align business and engineering teams
- Lead UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
- Deliver product demos and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Track product performance and iterate based on user insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze workflows, processes, and recommend improvements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA teams for solution delivery
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to system architecture
- Conduct user acceptance testing and validate outcomes
- Gather feedback and refine requirements based on user needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP) preferred
- Experience with Jira, SQL, GA, Figma, XD, Miro
- Minimum 6 years of project management/Scrum Master experience
- Prior experience in PHP, NodeJS programming in a cloud environment
