For the Executive Lounge at Conrad Dubai we are seeking a refined and service-driven Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team and deliver an elevated guest experience.
In this role you will be at the heart of our luxury service culture creating moments of genuine care for our guests through attentive discreet and personalized service. Your strong understanding of the menu and service standards will allow you to confidently anticipate guest needs and ensure every interaction reflects the elegance and excellence of the Executive Lounge.
What will I be doing
As an Executive Lounge Waitress you will be responsible for providing polished warm and professional service while upholding Hiltons luxury hospitality standards. Your focus will be on creating a seamless and memorable experience for every guest from arrival to departure.
As part of our team you will:
- Deliver personalized and attentive service with professionalism and grace
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of menu offerings providing thoughtful recommendations
- Ensure a smooth refined guest journey within the Executive Lounge
- Coordinate closely with culinary and service teams to maintain flawless operations

- Prior experience working in a luxury hospitality environment
