Job Summary
Job Title: Leasing Executive – Equipment Machinery & Fuel Assets
Location: Ras Al Khaimah UAE

• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Must own a personal car (Mandatory)
• Willing to work in field sales / outdoor role
• Experience in leasing rentals or B2B sales in UAE market
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Leasing Executive to generate revenue by leasing company-owned assets such as mobile fuel stations tankers excavators generators ISO tanks containers and vacuum suction machines.
The role is purely target-driven requiring strong market connections field sales activity and the ability to close leasing deals independently.
Must Haves / Responsibilities
- Identify and secure leasing opportunities in the UAE market (oil & gas construction logistics industrial sectors)
- Promote and lease assets including:
- Fuel tankers (road & mobile)
- Excavator tankers & excavators
- ISO tanks & containers
- Generators & mobile fuel stations
- Vacuum suction machines
- Conduct field visits client meetings and site coordination
- Generate leads negotiate pricing and close leasing contracts
- Ensure maximum utilization of company assets
- Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business & renewals
- Coordinate internally for asset availability dispatch and documentation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
