Role Overview
The BIM Manager will lead Building Information Modeling processes ensuring accurate 3D models and coordination across design and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM standards and workflows.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of BIM models.
- Train staff on BIM tools and processes.
- Prepare BIM reports and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil or related field.
- 1214 years of experience in BIM management.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit Navisworks etc.).
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
