About the Client
Our client is a leading design and contracting company delivering innovative projects across the region. The organization is known for its advanced use of technology and BIM processes.
Role Overview
The BIM Manager will lead Building Information Modeling processes ensuring accurate 3D models and coordination across design and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM standards and workflows.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of BIM models.
- Train staff on BIM tools and processes.
- Prepare BIM reports and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil or related field.
- 1214 years of experience in BIM management.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit Navisworks etc.).
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
