We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Officer- Customer Service to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our customer service department you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients handling inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Actively sell and cross-sell banking products and services to new and existing customers
- Process and assess customer requests including account openings online banking applications and loan product applications
- Educate customers about automated channels such as ATM call center and online banking services
- Attract new customers through personal relations and existing customer referrals
- Meet individual sales targets and participate in daily retail sales team meetings
- Achieve monthly targets for onboarding customers to online and mobile banking applications
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries forwarded from the call center
- Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues
- Complete mandatory training programs to stay updated on bank products and services
- Adhere to bank policies processes and procedures both internal and external
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the banking sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sales skills and proven ability to meet targets
- Knowledge of online and mobile banking platforms
- Empathetic approach to customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and bank procedures
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Knowledge of local banking regulations and practices in the UAE
