We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Officer- Customer Service to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our customer service department you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients handling inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Actively sell and cross-sell banking products and services to new and existing customers
Process and assess customer requests including account openings online banking applications and loan product applications
Educate customers about automated channels such as ATM call center and online banking services
Attract new customers through personal relations and existing customer referrals
Meet individual sales targets and participate in daily retail sales team meetings
Achieve monthly targets for onboarding customers to online and mobile banking applications
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets
Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries forwarded from the call center
Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues
Complete mandatory training programs to stay updated on bank products and services
Adhere to bank policies processes and procedures both internal and external

Qualifications :

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the banking sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong sales skills and proven ability to meet targets
Knowledge of online and mobile banking platforms
Empathetic approach to customer service
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and bank procedures
Fluency in English and Arabic
Knowledge of local banking regulations and practices in the UAE
