The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) role is a high-impact hunter position responsible for driving significant Annual Contract Value (ACV) growth by targeting Tier 1 financial institutions and large complex enterprises across the EMEA region. Based in Dubai you will function as a strategic consultant to C-level executives orchestrating multi-year partnerships centered on core modernization and digital transformation.
What youll do
- Quota & Deal Ownership: Own and consistently exceed a demanding new business ACV quota by leading and closing multi-million dollar deals with long complex sales cycles.
- C-Suite Consulting: Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with CIOs CEOs and Digital Heads across the EMEA region.
- Value Strategy: Translate Mambus composable platform into quantifiable business cases focused on TCO reduction and enhanced Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and generate new pipeline through aggressive outbound prospecting executive networking and strategic engagement with Mambus partner ecosystem (System Integrators and Cloud Providers).
- Commercial Leadership: Lead complex contract negotiations master deal structuring and oversee high-quality RFI/RFP responses.
- Ecosystem Orchestration: Coordinate large virtual teams (Pre-Sales Legal Product) and collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless go-to-market and delivery.
What youll bring
- Experience: 8 years of exceptional performance in an Enterprise or Strategic Account Executive role with at least 5 years focused on selling B2B Enterprise SaaS into the Financial Services/FinTech sector.
- Domain Expertise: Deep technical understanding of the financial services landscape particularly Core Banking Systems Lending Deposits or Payment Infrastructure. Must be fluent in discussing cloud migration and API strategy.
- Geographic Focus: Proven experience successfully landing and expanding business within the EMEA region demonstrating cultural fluency and familiarity with regulatory environments across the Middle East and key European markets.
- Deal Complexity: Demonstrated history of closing complex seven-figure (or higher) ARR deals involving multiple business units and executive approvers.
- Language & Travel: Impeccable professional communication skills in English (written and verbal). Ability to travel frequently (up to 40-50%) across the EMEA region. Proficiency in Arabic or another major European language is highly desirable.
