Key job responsibilities
Were seeking a Team lead for our Ultra Fast Grocery this role you will be responsible for:
Managing on a daily basis end to end operations for a combination of small sites. Supervising Last mile operations
Meeting customer facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for riders.
Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.
Stand-in for Area Manager.
- 1 years of customer-facing environment warehousing logistics or manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
- Experience working directly with business teams to utilize metrics and analysis to determine improvement opportunities
- Experience managing time efficiently meeting personal goals and working effectively with internal partner and customer teams
- Experience in Logistics Distribution or Fulfillment processes
- Experience in project management including resource planning managing schedules reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure or experience in software development
- Experience dealing well with ambiguity prioritizing needs and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
- Good people management skills.
