Were looking for a dynamic results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist White & Blue Collar to manage end-to-end recruitment across professional administrative technical and site-based roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment excels at multitasking and plays a key role in attracting top-tier talent while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and candidate profiles
Manage full-cycle recruitment for white and blue-collar positions including C-level roles
Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across job portals and social media
Source candidates via job boards professional networks referrals and direct outreach
Screen CVs conduct interviews and coordinate final selection processes
Maintain positive candidate engagement and ensure smooth onboarding coordination
Track recruitment KPIs prepare reports and recommend process improvements
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
35 years of recruitment experience in the UAE preferably within the construction or heavy equipment sectors
Proven experience hiring across white and blue-collar roles including senior leadership
Strong communication organizational and analytical skills
Proficiency in English
Ability to work in a dynamic high-volume recruitment environment
