Role Overview
This role provides high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO and CFO. The Personal Assistant must be exceptionally detail-oriented organised and proactive ensuring accuracy efficiency and confidentiality in all aspects of communication documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise executive emails correspondence and follow-ups with precision.
- Coordinate daily schedules meetings and travel arrangements for the CEO and CFO.
- Prepare and review reports documents and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Track and reconcile business expenses invoices and financial documentation.
- Maintain organised records for accounting project and operational activities.
- Communicate professionally with clients suppliers and internal teams.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time with perfectionist attention to formatting and presentation.
- Anticipate needs and provide proactive administrative support to streamline executive workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
- Strong accounting and numerical accuracy skills (Excel and document control proficiency required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with flawless email etiquette.
- Highly organised discreet and reliable with strong time management abilities.
- Perfectionist attention to detail nothing overlooked or rushed.
- Experience in the construction design or materials industry is advantageous.
