Job Summary

Focus: Overseeing the technical and creative output of the station ensuring high-quality broadcast standards imaging and promo production.

Oversee the development and production of on-air imaging promos and broadcast graphics
Ensure technical accuracy and creative excellence across all broadcast content
Collaborate with producers directors and on-air talent to maintain consistent brand messaging
Manage production timelines and deliverables to meet broadcast schedules
Supervise technical operations during live and recorded broadcasts
Implement quality control processes to uphold broadcast standards

Requirements

Proven experience in broadcast production imaging or a related field
Strong understanding of video editing audio integration and broadcast technical standards
Proficiency with industry-standard production software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Avid or similar)
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual and audio quality
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindse
