About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager with proven expertise in the water and wastewater sector. This strategic role will focus on business development proposal preparation and sustainable resource management particularly within the Abu Dhabi market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in the water/wastewater sector

  • Identify new business opportunities and leverage an existing network in the Abu Dhabi market

  • Engage with clients and partners to promote sustainable resource regeneration initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project delivery

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to resource management


Qualifications :

  • Solid background in the water or wastewater industry within the UAE

  • Established network and experience in the Abu Dhabi market is mandatory

  • Strong proposal writing and client-facing capabilities

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Environmental Science or related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
