Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our dealer and distributor network across the UAE. This role combines strategic business development with strong technical expertise in swimming pool systems covers water treatment and accessories. You will play a key role in driving growth strengthening partnerships and increasing market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the dealer and distributor network within assigned UAE territories.
Implement effective sales and business development strategies to expand market share and brand visibility.
Train and support dealers on products installation and maintenance of swimming pool systems covers and water treatment solutions.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with dealers contractors and key clients.
Monitor sales performance prepare progress reports and coordinate with operations to ensure targets are achieved.
Identify new market opportunities and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in dealer or distribution management ideally within the swimming pool water treatment or related technical industries.
Strong technical understanding of pool systems covers water treatment and accessories.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated target-driven and capable of working independently.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Willingness to travel regularly across UAE territories.
