Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop the annual marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research competitor benchmarking and consumer insights.
  • Set clear KPIs for all campaigns and initiatives.

2. Brand Management

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Oversee creative content designs videos brochures and corporate materials.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines.

3. Digital Marketing & Performance Management

  • Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads Meta TikTok and Snapchat.
  • Improve SEO/SEM to increase website visibility.
  • Manage CRM GTM Pixels and conversion tracking systems.
  • Generate monthly performance reports and ROI analysis.

4. Social Media & Content Management

  • Develop monthly content calendars for all platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality content.
  • Lead awareness engagement and educational campaigns.

5. Event & Campaign Execution

  • Lead company events workshops webinars and exhibitions.
  • Manage product launches press activities and corporate gatherings.

6. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with medical teams HR Operations and Finance.
  • Manage agencies vendors and marketing suppliers.

7. Budget & Financial Management

  • Develop and monitor the marketing budget.
  • Control campaign costs and ensure strong ROI.
  • Report budget utilization and future forecast.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing Business Media or related field.
  • 58 years of experience (healthcare or wellness sector is an advantage).
  • Strong experience in digital performance marketing.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
