The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads (Lead Generation) through digital campaigns managing Google Ads and executing various digital marketing strategies to promote the companys properties and services.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute Lead Generation campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads social media and email marketing.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns optimizing for the highest conversion rates.
Manage the companys social media accounts and create engaging content to attract potential clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities in the real estate market.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure potential leads are converted into actual deals.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance sales and lead generation for management.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment of all marketing materials with the companys brand identity.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing and Lead Generation preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads social media marketing and data analytics.
Excellent communication writing and presentation skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems is a plus.
