About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for driving membership and course sales while creating an exceptional client experience. You will work closely with a dynamic team contribute to marketing initiatives and help shape the growth of our wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive membership and course sales through in-person phone and online interactions.

- Engage clients with energy professionalism and expert knowledge of our offerings.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance client experience.

- Meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs.

- Maintain organized records and follow-up systems for leads and prospects.

- Represent the hub with a polished confident and personable presence.

What Were Looking For:

- 45 years of experience in fitness wellness or commercial sales

- University degree (essential) - This role offers a clear career progression for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and embrace the companys values

- Excellent communication skills

- Native/advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

- Knowledge of fitness yoga or Pilates is highly desirable (RYT certification ideal).

- High-energy outgoing and target-driven personality.

- Strong interpersonal skills confident presence and professional demeanor.

- Performance-driven mindset with a collaborative team-oriented attitude.

- Exceptional organization execution and follow-through abilities.

Package Offered:

- Base salary: AED

- Commission based on gross revenue sales and KPIs (AED 2000)

- Monthly bonus for team sales target achievement (AED 500)
