Landscape Elements a leading manufacturer of GRC GRP and precast concrete products is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in production management quality control and team leadership in the manufacturing or construction materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the production of GRC GRP and precast cement products to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Manage and train production staff ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor workflow resolve production issues and optimize processes to improve productivity.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and submit production and quality control reports.
