We are seeking an enthusiastic Guest Service Center Supervisor to lead our team in Dubai UAE. You will ensure exceptional experiences for our diverse international clientele by:
- Supervising and motivating the guest service center team to maintain high standards of customer service and efficiency
- Managing daily operations including guest arrivals reservations and special requests
- Serving as a key ambassador for our hotel providing information and resolving complex guest inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with brand standards and Front Office procedures
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Conducting team meetings and training sessions to improve performance
- Analyzing guest feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications :
- Proven supervisory experience in hospitality preferably in front office operations
- Strong leadership skills with exceptional customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages beneficial
- Proficiency in Front Office Systems and hotel management software
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Cultural sensitivity with an understanding of UAE customs and etiquette
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
