This pivotal role will drive our organizations strategic initiatives in talent management compensation and organizational development to enhance overall business performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends
- Lead the design and execution of performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity
- Spearhead organizational effectiveness initiatives to optimize structure processes and talent utilization
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Drive change management programs to support organizational transformation
- Oversee the development and implementation of leadership development programs
- Manage a team of HR professionals providing mentorship and strategic guidance
- Analyze HR metrics and market data to inform decision-making and strategy development
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations while implementing global best practices
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and senior leadership team
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on HR initiatives
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 15 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles with a focus on rewards and organizational effectiveness
- Proven track record in designing and implementing innovative reward strategies and performance management systems
- Extensive experience in driving organizational effectiveness initiatives and change management programs
- Strong background in leadership development and succession planning
- Proficiency in HR analytics and performance metric analysis
- In-depth knowledge of global HR practices and trends particularly in the Middle East region
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in global or multinational organizations
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data management tools
- Ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and board members
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
