- Assist in organizing and scheduling training programs workshops and orientation sessions.
- Support the facilitation of onboarding and brand training for new hires.
- Maintain accurate training records and attendance databases.
- Assist with tracking training compliance certifications and mandatory sessions.
- Support the preparation and distribution of training materials and communication.
- Assist with internal learning platforms and online course tracking.
- Help evaluate training effectiveness through feedback forms and follow-ups.
- Coordinate logistics and room setups for in-person training sessions.
- Support employee engagement activities linked to learning initiatives.
- Assist in preparing learning-related presentations reports and communications for the Learning & Development Manager.
- Help with the creation and design of visual and written training content.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day learning and development activities.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to employee development.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources Hospitality Business Administration Education Learning and Development or a related field.
- Strong interest in employee development training and luxury hospitality.
- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Canva; other design skills a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- A positive attitude adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
