Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage all site-based civil and finishing works ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards of quality safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a keen eye for detail and extensive experience in interior fit-out and finishing works within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and control all civil and finishing activities on site including gypsum partitions false ceilings plastering screeding tiling marble works waterproofing and related tasks.
Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings method statements and quality standards.
Coordinate daily with subcontractors and in-house teams to maintain smooth workflow and proper sequencing of activities.
Verify that adequate materials tools and manpower are available to meet daily and weekly project targets.
Monitor workmanship quality ensuring the highest finishing standardsparticularly in luxury and high-end interior spaces.
Collaborate closely with MEP and Joinery teams to ensure proper sequencing and alignment of works.
Conduct regular site coordination meetings with subcontractors to address and resolve technical or logistical issues.
Prepare and submit daily site reports covering progress updates material needs and any identified delays or issues.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing works (preferably within the UAE)
Proven experience in supervising high-end interior or furniture-related projects.
Strong leadership communication and coordination skills.
Valid UAE driving license required.
Must be flexible to work across various project sites within the UAE.
Willing to work in Dubai.
