Job Summary

Our client is an innovative financial and banking services company based in Dubai United Arab Emirates working with banks and other financial institutions in the region and providing top-quality finance and banking services to business/corporate clients SMEs and individuals.

Our client is looking for dynamic and results-oriented candidates for a permanent full-time position of Sales Manager in the Finance/Banking Sector of its business operations. The position is based in Dubai United Arab Emirates. Candidates shall be residents of the United Arab Emirates; relocation from other countries/regions is not possible for this role.

Key responsibilities:

Lead SME/Personal Loan/Credit Card sales team
Track performance set goals and allocate resources
Build relationships with key clients
Support team development and strategic execution.

Requirements

Key requirements:

Minimum 2 years of banking sales management experience
Knowledge of UAE financial products and team leadership
Effective communicator with multitasking ability
Finance or management qualifications preferred.
