Our client is an innovative financial and banking services company based in Dubai United Arab Emirates working with banks and other financial institutions in the region and providing top-quality finance and banking services to business/corporate clients SMEs and individuals.
Our client is looking for dynamic and results-oriented candidates for a permanent full-time position of Sales Manager in the Finance/Banking Sector of its business operations. The position is based in Dubai United Arab Emirates. Candidates shall be residents of the United Arab Emirates; relocation from other countries/regions is not possible for this role.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead SME/Personal Loan/Credit Card sales team
- Track performance set goals and allocate resources
- Build relationships with key clients
- Support team development and strategic execution.
Requirements
Key requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of banking sales management experience
- Knowledge of UAE financial products and team leadership
- Effective communicator with multitasking ability
- Finance or management qualifications preferred.
